By clicking “Enroll,” “Join,” “Purchase,” or entering your payment information, you (“Client”) agree to enroll in an educational program provided by Divine Guidance Institute® (“DGI,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all digital courses, programs, trainings, memberships, and live educational offerings provided by DGI, including but not limited to 1-MAGIC WORD® and The LOVE VIBE® Reset (collectively, the “Program”).
1. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
Upon enrollment and payment, Client is granted access to the specific Program purchased.
Program components may include, but are not limited to:
• Digital video or audio training modules
• Proprietary vibrational sound or recalibration components
• Live group sessions (if included at time of enrollment)
• Resource materials and downloads
• Private community access (if included)
Program elements may evolve, be updated, or be improved at Company’s discretion without prior notice.
2. TUITION & PAYMENT TERMS
Client agrees to pay the full tuition amount selected at checkout.
Tuition is charged for access to proprietary educational materials and digital program delivery.
If a payment plan is selected, Client authorizes Company to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access. Outstanding balances remain owed in full.
Company reserves the right to use collection efforts for unpaid balances.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital and intellectual nature of the Programs and the immediate access granted upon enrollment:
All tuition payments are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes will be honored under any circumstances.
Delivery of digital access constitutes full fulfillment of Company’s obligations.
Failure to participate, complete modules, attend live sessions, or implement the material does not constitute grounds for refund.
By enrolling, Client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
4. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE & DISCLAIMER
All Programs are educational in nature.
Company does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
Participation does not replace licensed professional care.
Results vary based on individual participation, responsibility, and implementation. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials, including videos, audio recordings, downloads, frameworks, methodologies, trademarks, and written content, remain the sole property of Divine Guidance Institute®.
Client receives a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Client agrees not to:
• Share login credentials
• Distribute Program materials
• Record sessions
• Reproduce, copy, or resell any portion of the Program
• Use materials for commercial purposes
Violation may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and potential legal action.
6. RECORDINGS
Live sessions may be recorded. By participating, Client consents to recording and understands that recordings may be used for future educational or promotional purposes.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Client participates voluntarily and assumes full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on Program content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program.
8. NON-DISPARAGEMENT
The Parties agree not to publicly disparage one another. Any disputes shall be handled privately and in good faith.
9. TERMINATION
Company reserves the right to remove any Client from a Program for violation of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or misuse of materials, without refund.
